The customer used a variety of methods such as iron materials and profiles to develop this product, and the development cost reached more than 300,000 yuan. Not only was the development cost too high, but there were also great inconveniences in assembly, and ultimately the product could not be formed, resulting in development failure.
We chose die-casting in our constant search for solutions. Taking into account the fact that die-casting parts cannot be welded, we used a copper-plated layer and then welded it to solve the assembly defects (it consists of a head + 13 feet). This method not only reduces costs, but also greatly improves the assembly efficiency and appearance of the product.
Finally, with our efforts, this product became the iconic product of our client company. It was exported to Europe, America and other countries and has been selling well for more than ten years. Continuous technological updates have won us the trust and recognition of our customers.
